One on One

The more I have the opportunity to spend time speaking with students one on one, the more I think about teaching at a very small school or becoming a school counselor. I don't know how I feel about leaving the classroom and the content behind but I love having conversations with students, mentoring them, and talking with them about how to attack problems and develop as individuals.

We'll see what happens...
