PI Day 66 -Sights and Sounds: Street Children. They Get Ya Every Time

Just when you think you have desensitized yourself to the strife on the streets, two young ones follow a group of friends begging in the street. They are completely comfortable horsing around and bullying one another in the middle of slowed traffic in the darkness of Ortigas Avenue, lit only by the headlights of packed cars at 9:33 in the evening.

Is it me, or is there something wrong with this picture?
